Pelican Energy TCI operates private, fully integrated utility systems that generate and supply electricity to nearly all of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The company serves the islands of Providenciales, North Caicos, and Middle Caicos pursuant to a 50-year license that expires in 2037, and pursuant to a 50-year license on South Caicos that runs through 2036. On Grand Turk and Salt Cay, the company operates pursuant to a 50-year license that also expires in 2036.
