At Pelican Energy TCI, we know that you have preferences, and we provide various ways to pay your bill.

My Online Account Customer Portal

Register at www.pelicanenergytci.com, select the ‘My Online Account’ tab. Click here for further instructions. The Quick Pay feature is also available on the homepage. No account sign-in is required.

When paying your bill using My Online Account, be sure to use the correct 5-digit account number located in the upper right hand corner of your bill (see understanding your bill).

Our customer web portal at www.mypelicanenergy.com is packed with features that go beyond paying your bill.

• Track and compare your energy usage to a previous year or month
• View weather trends alongside your daily consumption
• Receive email alerts when your energy usage reaches a set level.
• Make note of important activities that impact your energy usage online

Pay Online Through Your Local Bank

Pay your bill via FirstCaribbean, ScotiaBank, or Royal Bank of Canada mobile and online banking option, with payments posted within 24 hours.

Pelican Energy TCI In Office Payments

Credit/Debit Card payments only are accepted at Pelican Energy TCI offices.

Self-Service Kiosk

Bill payment kiosks are located at Sunny Foods Blue Hills and Five Cays locations. Cash, cheque and card payments accepted.

Third-Party Payment Centers

Pay by cash or cheque at any authorized third-party payment center nationwide.

Do You Need Your Account Balance On The Go?

• Text ‘Bal’ to 1-649-332-0059 and access the balance for up to five accounts. Standard SMS rates apply, and your phone number must be the same number listed on the account.
• Call 946-4313. Select option 2 for ‘account inquiry’ and enter your account number to access your balance.
• Your balance is also available on My Online Account.
