Fuel factor rates for August show decreases of up to 10% across some service territories.
Here’s what to expect on this month's power bill:
- Providenciales, North Caicos and Middle Caicos: A 10% decrease to $0.1447 per kilowatt hour (kWh).
- Grand Turk and Salt Cay: A 6% decrease to $0.1492 per kWh.
- South Caicos: The fuel factor for this island will be available soon. Last month (July), the rate decreased by 8.3% to $0.1545 per kWh.
The fuel factor rate increases and decreases with global fuel prices. We remain committed to keeping you informed on changes.
